On January 29, 2026, the first Lingfeng Conference, themed "Work Models in the AI Era," made its debut in Changsha, attracting nearly 200 business representatives and industry experts to gather and delve into new opportunities for digital transformation in enterprises amid the artificial intelligence wave. Attendees generally pointed out that AI is no longer distant—it has become one of the core infrastructures that businesses must establish today.

LingLing, with more than a decade of development, has grown into an intelligent collaboration office platform serving up to 700 million users and covering 26 million enterprise organizations, continuously driving Chinese enterprises toward intelligent and data-driven upgrades.

Entering a New Stage of AI Operating Systems

As 2025 begins, LingLing has successively launched AI LingLing versions 1.0 and 1.1. Among them, AI LingLing 1.1 brings the world's first work-intelligence operating system designed specifically for artificial intelligence—Agent OS—officially ushering in a new work paradigm of "human-AI collaborative operations."

At the Lingfeng Conference held in Changsha that day, Wang Teng, General Manager of LingLing's Two Lakes Region and South China Solutions General Manager, reviewed the platform's evolution over the past decade. He emphasized that LingLing has always focused on enterprise digitalization and information system construction, striving to help companies quickly integrate into the digital economy era through low barriers and high cost-effectiveness.

Wang Teng stated that in the new generation led by AI, large models are the operating systems. LingLing will provide a complete agent development platform, supporting everything from full lifecycle management of agents, multi-model scheduling, and on-premises deployment to seamless integration with existing systems such as ERP and low-code platforms, enabling enterprises to independently build their own AI assistants.

"Not every company needs to become an AI technology company, but every company should possess AI-native thinking. LingLing wants to be the gateway to the AI future, helping enterprises transition smoothly," Wang Teng said.

As a well-known chain hotel brand in Hunan, Huiyou Hotel Group has opened more than 280 branches in over 80 cities nationwide, with a membership base exceeding 10 million. Zhou Yuanyuan, IT Director, shared her digitalization experience at the conference.

"With more than 200 branches spread across different regions, relying on WeChat and Excel to handle data would inevitably limit efficiency. We urgently needed to upgrade our management tools," Zhou Yuanyuan admitted.

In September 2024, Huiyou launched its digitalization strategy and, after multiple rounds of evaluation, chose to adopt LingLing. She noted, "We need a full-process management system covering franchise negotiations, preparation, opening, and daily operations—and LingLing is one of the few platforms that can fully meet this requirement."

Thanks to the ease of use, flexibility, and high adaptability of Yida, LingLing's low-code platform, Huiyou quickly advanced its transformation. Officially launched in February 2025, it was led solely by two members of the IT department, who, in combination with the actual needs of business units, adopted a lightweight development approach and successfully implemented eight core business scenarios in less than a year.

"We broke through the bottlenecks of traditional IT development; the overall investment was less than 40% of what it would have been using conventional methods, truly achieving the goal of low-cost, high-efficiency transformation," Zhou Yuanyuan added.

Through LingLing's AI Tables, AI Dictation, and AI Audit features, the hotel has significantly reduced labor and time costs. "Digitalization not only lowers labor expenses but also optimizes management processes, truly achieving cost reduction and efficiency gains."

Based in Changsha, Dahan Holdings Group has ranked among the "China Top 500 Private Enterprises" for ten consecutive years. It comprises six major sub-groups, more than 200 subsidiaries, and employs over 5,000 people. He Qing, Director of AI Digitalization, shared the results of the company's long-term collaboration with LingLing.

The group began using LingLing in 2019 and officially established it as its digitalization foundation in 2023, fully driving internal transformation.

"LingLing not only improves cross-departmental collaboration efficiency but also provides a comprehensive data security management mechanism. Through this system, we have successfully balanced operational efficiency with information security, truly achieving both benefits and protection," He Qing said.

Currently, LingLing's AI Dictation, AI Tables, and other features have been deeply integrated into many of the group's business processes and are widely praised and used by employees on a daily basis.

Zhu Wei, a senior AI solutions expert at LingLing, proposed that enterprises should advance their AI initiatives step by step in three stages: First, they should improve foundational infrastructure such as computing power and platforms; second, they should cultivate an internal team of AI talent; and finally, they should integrate AI capabilities into products or services to create externally deliverable solutions or use their own data to train proprietary models to address deep-level business challenges.

"Only by solidifying the first two steps can the third step truly deliver value," Zhu Wei emphasized.
