OA Approval Acceleration: Yida Doubles Efficiency
In the past, Huada Automotive's approval processes took an average of more than 72 hours and were difficult to track, severely limiting office efficiency. Now, with DingTalk approvals and the Yida low-code platform, Huada Automotive has moved its approval workflows online, removing location constraints. Leaders can approve even while traveling, and the average time has been reduced to 1–2 working days. In addition, Huada Automotive held an internal "Low-Code Development Competition," training and motivating employees across departments to become proficient in using Yida. Within just one month, more than 200 original workflows were migrated to DingTalk. Today, Huada Automotive has established 85 OA workflows and 180 Yida workflows, creating a clear and streamlined management structure, with approval efficiency improved by 200%.
Self-Built QMS System: One-Click Quality Protection
In terms of product quality management, Huada Automotive leveraged the Yida low-code platform to build the Huada QMS system, successfully addressing the challenges of difficult data governance and low efficiency in product quality monitoring. Employees can easily build a comprehensive management system through intuitive drag-and-drop operations, enabling precise recording of quality inspection data, end-to-end traceability, and efficient handling of defective products.
The QMS system is deeply integrated with the company's existing architecture, giving the new factory comprehensive product quality monitoring and management capabilities. From incoming material inspections and in-process quality checks during production to after-sales, shipping, and equipment inspections, the system adopts the 8D problem-solving methodology (D1: Form a team; D2: Define the problem; D3: Implement temporary measures; D4: Identify the root cause; D5: Develop long-term corrective actions; D6: Implement long-term actions; D7: Prevent recurrence; D8: Summarize and recognize) to systematically control quality checkpoints. This approach enables rapid detection and resolution of potential quality issues, ensuring that every product maintains stable and reliable quality.
