In an innovation-driven capital market, digital transformation has become the "living water" for enterprises' high-quality development. In this trend, DingTalk, with its powerful digital foundation capabilities, has emerged as the preferred collaboration platform for many listed companies.

According to the latest statistics, more than half—55%—of Chinese companies that successfully completed IPOs in 2024 are DingTalk customers. Even more significantly, 25% of these IPO companies have deeply integrated DingTalk into their operations [with DingTalk Index scores higher than those of DingTalk itself], using its digital solutions to iterate business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

From an industry perspective, these deep-DingTalk users align closely with leading-edge sectors, including new materials, semiconductors, digital finance, new energy vehicle components, and green manufacturing. These industries are the new engines of economic growth and represent the future potential of the economy.

As these companies' first choice for digital tools, DingTalk not only meets their basic daily collaboration needs but also breaks down barriers between "people, tasks, and data" by integrating multiple business digital systems. DingTalk's open ecosystem and flexible capabilities enable enterprises to easily digitize and智能化 their business processes, thereby improving operational efficiency and accelerating innovation-driven growth.

This year, regulatory authorities have introduced a series of policy measures, such as the "16 Measures to Support Science and Technology," the "8 Measures for the STAR Market," and the "6 Measures on Mergers and Acquisitions," aimed at enhancing the inclusiveness and adaptability of the capital market system and supporting the concentration of high-quality resources in new productivity fields. According to EY's recently released "2024 Mainland China and Hong Kong IPO Market Report and Outlook," although A-share IPO activity slowed throughout the year, there are signs of improvement in the fourth quarter. From an industry trend perspective, capital market resources continue to shift toward "new productivity" sectors.

01 Greenlink Technology

Founded in 2012, Greenlink Technology is a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, design, production, and sales. It is also a globally recognized brand in the tech consumer electronics sector. Today, Greenlink Technology has created a range of high-quality digital products in categories such as transmission, audio/video, charging, storage, and mobile accessories, which are popular in many countries and regions. In July, Greenlink Technology officially listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext board.

Greenlink Technology began using DingTalk in 2018 and adopted DingTalk Professional Edition as its digital foundation in 2022. Through close integration with its own business via products like Cool Apps, the company conducted deep secondary development, achieving "IM-ization" of business processes.

For example, to address the cumbersome process of logging into a BI system to query sales data, Greenlink Technology developed a "card-based" system on DingTalk's digital foundation. This system connects directly with Greenlink's BI system, enabling real-time data queries, report summarization, inventory checks, and other functions. The results are generated as data cards and pushed to employees in different roles or sent to DingTalk group chats. Employees no longer need to log into the BI system; they can access the data anytime via their smartphones, making the process more flexible and efficient. This not only meets the data-query needs of operational roles but also aggregates data across systems, allowing managers to gain a more comprehensive view of the data and make better-informed decisions.

A similar "card-based" system is used in Greenlink Technology's inventory management process. At a fixed time each day, data on inventory levels, goods in transit, slow-moving items, and other metrics are pushed to relevant employees in card format. This helps them stay informed about the latest data, formulate appropriate disposal strategies, and shift from a "people find tasks" model to a "tasks find people" model. Previously, if anomalies appeared in the system or product-related changes occurred, someone had to log into the system, review the data, and then notify the responsible parties via email for follow-up. Now, such information automatically triggers a push notification mechanism, delivering updates directly to the relevant parties' DingTalk accounts.

02 Runben Bio

Founded in 2006, Runben Bio is a well-known domestic company specializing in mosquito-repellent and personal care products. It integrates professional R&D, production, and sales, and its products—including hot mosquito repellent liquids, Bluetooth smart heater kits, and mosquito-repellent spray series—have gained wide market recognition. Today, Runben Bio is a clear leader in the mosquito-repellent market and leverages its self-developed production advantages to expand its product portfolio, covering all key scenarios in consumers' daily lives. Runben Bio adheres to a "R&D–production–sales" model, operating two self-built production bases, maintaining an independent R&D team, and relying on 56 automated production lines to provide strong capacity support for sales. In October 2023, Runben Bio rang the opening bell on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's main board, becoming the "first stock in the infant care sector."

Runben Bio began using DingTalk as early as 2017. Initially, it mainly utilized DingTalk's basic features, such as attendance tracking, OA systems, performance management, and smart meeting rooms, to digitize daily work collaboration. The company also integrated DingTalk ecosystem SaaS products like Ant Work and document management to meet digitalization needs in project collaboration and other business scenarios. As organizational and business digitalization deepened, Runben Bio began using DingTalk Professional Edition. Based on DingTalk's foundation, the company built a unified collaboration portal, integrating business systems such as BI, an internal procurement mall, and a distribution mall. Single sign-on allows access to multiple business systems, significantly boosting office efficiency. At the same time, Runben Bio also developed a mobile workspace through secondary development, making it easier for managers and employees to use the platform on their smartphones.

03 Dekang Agriculture & Animal Husbandry

Dekang Agriculture & Animal Husbandry is an agricultural and animal husbandry enterprise that combines both "leadership" and "growth potential." Adhering to the philosophy of "approaching animal husbandry with a food mindset and approaching food with a health mindset," the company's business spans pig farming, high-quality chicken farming, food processing, and digital agriculture. Today, the Dekang Group owns two national key leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization, with more than 120 affiliated companies spread across 13 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions nationwide. In recent years, leveraging its strong technological advantages, genetic resources, and breeding systems, Dekang Agriculture & Animal Husbandry has undertaken more than 50 major national and provincial-level research projects and officially listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's main board in December 2023.

As a benchmark DingTalk customer, Dekang Agriculture & Animal Husbandry has built an enterprise-level digital platform called "Dekang+" based on a dedicated DingTalk digital foundation. This platform creates a unified collaboration portal and serves as a hub for corporate culture, enhancing the group's brand image and strengthening employees' sense of belonging. At the same time, Dekang Agriculture & Animal Husbandry has also used Yida's agile low-code capabilities to build multiple applications, enabling digitalization of various business scenarios.

For example, through the "Sow Management" app, Dekang Agriculture & Animal Husbandry can push reminders related to immunization, health care, and overdue sows to the responsible personnel, promoting a "tasks find people" approach. This standardizes and streamlines related business processes, allowing employees, farm managers, supervisors, and regional leaders to easily access relevant information using just a smartphone. Through the "Pig Insurance" app, Dekang Agriculture & Animal Husbandry can handle the entire pig insurance process—from policy purchase and claim filing to case closure and claim settlement—in one place. While improving efficiency, the app also reduces the issue of unreported claims caused by slow manual ledger-based processes in the past, leading to greater economic benefits.

With the continuous advancement of digital technology and the ongoing expansion of application scenarios, more than half of new publicly listed companies in 2024 have chosen to "go on DingTalk." This not only reflects high recognition of DingTalk's product strength and service quality but also represents a proactive response to the trend of enterprise digital transformation. Looking ahead, DingTalk will continue to leverage its technological and platform advantages to empower more organizations, accelerate business and management upgrades, and jointly create a new era of the digital economy.
