Built on Anhui’s first 10-gigabit optical network integrated with the OPC digital architecture—the “Digital Cube OPC Community”—this initiative is the first to incorporate DingTalk’s Wukong AI-native work platform into the standardized digital infrastructure of an industrial park, ushering in a new paradigm for regional intelligent development.
The launch ceremony was held in Hefei New Station High-tech Zone, bringing together over a hundred industry-academia-research institutions, including top universities such as University of Science and Technology of China, Anhui University, Hefei University of Technology, and Anhui University of Chinese Medicine, as well as research and industry partners like the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics Hefei Research Institute and Yunqi AI Industry Research Institute, all witnessing this landmark moment in digital transformation.
Building an AI-Centric Native Industrial Ecosystem
The “Wukong OPC Community” is Anhui Province’s first industrial community powered by an AI-native platform. Unlike traditional parks that rely on rent reductions or financial subsidies to attract businesses, this community introduces the innovative concept of “AI employees”: each resident company receives a DingTalk Wukong Enterprise Edition account, up to 50 million tokens of computing resources per month, and unlimited AI voice recording time. Companies signing agreements at the launch event also receive Wukong A1 smart hardware devices, enabling them to leverage AI with zero barriers and empowering individuals or small teams to operate efficiently under the model of “one person + Wukong = one company.”
Tripartite Collaboration to Explore Replicable Models
The community operates under a tripartite collaborative framework: government support, corporate investment, and platform empowerment. The New Station District government provides special subsidies for companies purchasing DingTalk computing power; participating enterprises enjoy exclusive product discounts from DingTalk; and DingTalk opens its Wukong platform capabilities while dispatching AI training mentors to provide monthly on-site guidance. This cooperative model aims to establish a replicable “AI in Parks” template in Hefei, offering a reference point for digital and intelligent upgrades nationwide.
Focusing on Emerging Economic Groups with Comprehensive Onboarding Support
The community specifically targets three emerging economic groups—“solo entrepreneurs,” “digital nomads,” and “AI startups”—providing one-stop settlement support. Companies completing their contracts at the launch ceremony are eligible for five welcome benefits: one Wukong Enterprise account, a monthly allocation of 50 million tokens for the first year, one DingTalk A1 smart device, 1,200 minutes of AI voice transcription service each month for six consecutive months, and monthly in-house training sessions with a dedicated Wukong mentor.
The first 20 resident companies also enjoy three core privileges: an enterprise-grade Wukong account, 50 million tokens of monthly computing power, and regular mentorship services. All OPC member companies can purchase computing units (“tokens”) at subsidized rates through government incentives and benefit from DingTalk’s exclusive pricing within the community.

Wukong is an enterprise-level AI assistant developed by Alibaba, serving as the unified gateway for Alibaba Group’s AI capabilities in business settings. Integrated directly into desktop applications and deeply linked with organizational data in the DingTalk system, Wukong independently handles tasks such as document drafting, data analysis, meeting note-taking, and schedule management, delivering a truly seamless “think it, do it—just ask Wukong” experience for intelligent collaboration.
