In his speech, Yang Xiongwen, Deputy Director of the Wenzhou Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, stated that Wenzhou is a national pilot city for digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises. From January to October this year, the city's revenue from core AI industries above designated size exceeded 10 billion yuan, reaching 10.3 billion yuan.
He pointed out that with the arrival of the AI era, strategic opportunities and pilot policy benefits are overlapping. He urged companies across various industries to seize the opportunities, ride the momentum, gain an edge in intelligent transformation, and build new competitive advantages. In response to Wenzhou's vibrant private economy and diverse industrial landscape, Wenzhou Telecom, together with DingTalk, has delved deep into local specialty industries such as manufacturing, apparel, and auto/motorcycle parts. Pan Ji, Deputy General Manager of Wenzhou Communications Investment Group, shared his experiences in project management and typhoon prevention based on DingTalk. He summarized the future direction into four key points: zero coding, low cost, involvement of frontline managers, and full project coverage.
The so-called zero coding means using tools like DingTalk Docs and AI Tables to quickly build applications without any development work. The entire system setup cost just over 10,000 yuan—by purchasing the Professional Edition and workspace services—to achieve full coverage of frontline managers.

Zhuoren Electric Control: From Basic Use to Exploring Customized AI Platforms
Zeng Weiguang, Vice President of Zhuoren Electric Control, explained that the company initially engaged with DingTalk from 2016 to 2018, using only basic features. As the business grew, they upgraded to the DingTalk Professional Edition.
In 2024, Zhuoren began adopting a dedicated DingTalk instance. Looking ahead, the company plans to build a company-specific app platform based on this foundation, better supporting corporate culture building and laying the groundwork for future AI platform development.
