On September 25, DingTalk’s “The Future of Work in the AI Era – 2025 Ding Summit Jinhua Station” successfully concluded at Cainiao Jingu Industrial Park. This Ding Summit focused on the practical application of artificial intelligence technologies in enterprises, attracting more than 300 digital transformation leaders from various companies.

DingTalk’s AI assistant serves as a “product expert” and functions as an AI customer service representative, raising the average customer service score from 60 to over 80. When patented products face professional counterfeit complaints—a situation that previously required dedicated staff to draft detailed reports—DingTalk’s AI assistant now quickly generates a draft, allowing employees to finalize it with minimal editing, greatly improving work efficiency.
