On September 24, DingTalk's new AI products made their debut at the 2025 Cloud栖 Conference. In the Cloud栖 exhibition area, DingTalk showcased its approach to work in the AI era, along with an integrated software-and-hardware office ecosystem. Among the highlights were DingTalk One, the next-generation office application; DingTalk A1, the first AI hardware device; and five other AI-powered products, including AI Note-taking, AI Search & Ask, and AI Sheets.

At a Cloud栖 special forum themed "The Future of Work in the AI Era," DingTalk CTO Zhu Hong shared insights into the trend of human-AI collaboration in the AI age, as well as DingTalk's progress in AI technology and product development.

Li Chao, co-founder and CTO of Yunchen Chu Technology, one of Hangzhou's "Six Little Dragons"; Wang Xingwang, CIO of JinkoSolar, a leading photovoltaic company; Li Peng, IT director of Tianzheng Electric, a top low-voltage electrical equipment manufacturer; and Wang Jue, deputy secretary of the Party Committee at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital affiliated with Fudan University, also presented their organizations' practical experiences in AI applications.

Human-AI Collaboration: A New Work Paradigm in the AI Era

In his speech, DingTalk CTO Zhu Hong pointed out that the essence of the AI revolution lies in the evolution of human-AI collaboration. The future work model will shift to "humans assisting AI," where AI becomes a "smart agent" with cognitive and decision-making capabilities, proactively driving processes, connecting devices, and responding to environmental changes. Humans, in turn, will set the direction and boundaries for AI, enabling smarter and more efficient decision-making and action.

Targeting thousands of industries, DingTalk aims to serve as a "factory" for industry-specific models and enterprise-level AI agents, helping every company build and deploy custom large models at low cost and high efficiency. Currently, DingTalk has created an AI productivity platform that offers end-to-end services—from data labeling and model training to performance evaluation and API deployment—and integrates deeply into enterprise business scenarios.

Zhu Hong explained: "We pioneered an 'AI pay-per-performance' model—use first, pay later, and let results speak for themselves—so that enterprises can confidently use AI, afford it, and see tangible value. At the same time, we are actively developing more industry-specific large models, working with industry leaders to explore the deep application of AI in vertical domains."

Currently, DingTalk has helped partners train China's first vertical medical large model that reaches the professional level of a "chief physician"—the Doukou Gynecology Model. In addition, through collaboration with Gujia Home and Tongyi Lab, DingTalk has created an industry-specific voice model that "understands jargon," which is applied in scenarios such as AI sales assistants, AI quality inspections, and AI-driven insights.

Industry Practices: AI Implementation Across Industries

Yunchen Chu Technology

Li Chao, co-founder and CTO of Yunchen Chu Technology, said that by leveraging DingTalk's capabilities, the company has built a digital and intelligent collaborative office and business platform. Through DingTalk's project management, document, and audio/video features, the company has significantly improved internal collaboration efficiency. Meanwhile, based on DingTalk's AI capabilities, the company has developed AI recruitment assistants and intelligent customer service bots, effectively boosting the efficiency of HR and customer service operations.

JinkoSolar

JinkoSolar CIO Wang Xingwang shared his experience in implementing AI in the manufacturing sector. He believes that leveraging DingTalk's AI capabilities can achieve twice the result with half the effort. JinkoSolar extensively uses DingTalk's AI products and has received positive feedback in scenarios such as cross-border meeting translation and summarization, as well as AI Sheet-based inventory management. Currently, the company has more than 1,200 AI assistants active on the DingTalk platform each month, covering nine major operational systems—including R&D, production, supply, sales, and service—with capabilities such as intelligent Q&A, task execution, data analysis, and image recognition, comprehensively enhancing the efficiency of each department.

Tianzheng Electric

Tianzheng Electric IT director Li Peng said that DingTalk serves as the "operating system" for the company's AI strategy, supporting the entire process from data governance to scenario implementation. The company uses AI Sheets to build AI systems for operations and maintenance, dormitory management, visitor management, and task management. While improving management efficiency, these systems also help standardize data, laying the foundation for future AI applications. The "Tiance" AI assistant, built on DingTalk's AI platform, has solved the longstanding problem of time-consuming and error-prone parameter matching for over 100,000 SKUs, as well as the heavy pressure on technical support. "Tiance" can query product technical specifications, parameters, and case studies, and generate customized solutions, significantly improving collaboration and customer service efficiency while providing a new pathway for staff training and knowledge transfer.

Fudan University Affiliated Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital

Wang Jue, deputy secretary of the Party Committee at the Fudan University-affiliated Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, shared innovative practices of AI in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. Under the theme "Building an AI Ecosystem at Hongfangzi Hospital and Full-Stack Innovation," she outlined the hospital's overall blueprint for AI transformation. To ensure that AI truly becomes a tool that is "clinically usable, trusted by medical staff, and beneficial to patients," the hospital is building a full-stack AI ecosystem for obstetrics and gynecology, spanning from the data foundation and algorithm engine to clinical applications and secure collaboration layers. Leveraging DingTalk, the hospital has launched "Xiao Hong," a patient AI assistant that provides end-to-end consultation and guidance services, enhancing the patient experience; and "Xiao Bai Ping'an Fruit," a doctor AI assistant that helps physicians quickly access professional information and medication guidelines, improving diagnostic and treatment efficiency.

DingTalk CTO Zhu Hong emphasized: "The new way of working in the AI era is to enable AI to truly connect with the physical world and penetrate every industry. DingTalk is committed to building an open, intelligent, and people-centric collaboration platform, and together with all our partners, we are ushering in the next era of human-AI collaboration—a symbiotic age of mutual empowerment."
