On March 17, the DingTalk Ecosystem Conference, themed "AI To B: Winning the Future," was held at Alibaba's Xixi Campus in Hangzhou. The conference focused on the core concept of "AI Connection," showcasing deep collaborative achievements between DingTalk and its ecosystem partners across sectors such as restaurant supply chains, financial marketing, industrial investment promotion, and content operations. During the event, DingTalk clearly outlined its open strategy for the AI era: leveraging secure and controllable AI infrastructure to work alongside partners in building an enterprise-grade AI skill system, accelerating the practical application and implementation of AI technologies across industries.

Yi Tong, Vice President of DingTalk and Head of Open Platform & Smart Hardware

In his keynote speech, Yi Tong, Vice President of DingTalk and head of the Open Platform and Smart Hardware division, stated: "In the past, we built roads to get rich; today, we are paving digital pathways for the AI-native era." He noted that AI is evolving from "talking the talk" to "walking the walk," but enterprises face challenges such as data security, access control, and performance evaluation when embracing AI-driven opportunities. To address these issues, DingTalk has fully MCP-enabled its key business scenarios and data, allowing AI Agents to seamlessly access system resources. Additionally, DingTalk has introduced dedicated computing power support and a secure sandbox mechanism to ensure corporate data is processed within controlled environments. Based on this architecture, DingTalk and its partners can transform industry expertise into reusable Skills, which are then made available to enterprise users through the "Wukong" platform. Yi Tong emphasized that DingTalk will continue to open up application scenarios, technical capabilities, and its AI-native product methodology, collaborating with ecosystem partners to explore new commercial frontiers.

Xing Yu, Product Director at Shuhai Supply Chain

As a representative company in the restaurant supply chain sector, Shuhai Supply Chain’s Product Director, Xing Yu, shared practical examples of how collaboration with DingTalk has driven AI implementation. Addressing pain points such as low inventory turnover efficiency, slow supply-demand responsiveness, and high procurement costs, Shuhai integrated DingTalk A1 devices and AI agents into its digital management system, successfully achieving intelligent warehouse meetings, traceable sales processes, and refined customer profiling.

"Previously, managing morning meetings across 47 central warehouses nationwide was challenging. Now, with A1 automatic recording and minute-level meeting summary generation, AI can instantly extract frequently occurring issues and propose improvement suggestions, boosting meeting organization efficiency by tenfold and achieving a problem-resolution closure rate exceeding 90%," Xing Yu explained. In sales visits, AI records conversations in real-time and analyzes them, helping sales representatives automatically generate customer profiles and follow-up strategies, truly enabling personalized service tailored to each client. Looking ahead, Shuhai plans to jointly develop a "Wukong Agent" with DingTalk, deeply embedding AI into every operational stage of the supply chain.

Chen Xinhui, CEO of Moota AI

Moota AI’s CEO, Chen Xinhui, officially unveiled "YingYing," an AI-native financial advisor co-developed with DingTalk. He pointed out that AI is transforming organizational structures from the traditional "human–organization" binary model into a tripartite collaborative framework of "human + AI agent + organization." Financial marketing is also shifting from process-oriented to intent-driven, with AI no longer serving as a mere assistant but as a capable business partner able to independently deliver outcomes.

"YingYing" is deeply integrated with DingTalk A1 hardware, covering end-to-end functions such as customer insights, product analysis, marketing reviews, and opportunity forecasting. Through natural language interaction, sales personnel can simply issue commands, and the AI understands requirements, retrieves data, and outputs results. Chen Xinhui explained that Moota AI has encapsulated its 11 years of accumulated financial expertise into reusable Skills, enabling novice financial advisors to quickly leverage senior experts' analytical models. "Everyone's knowledge can become a shared skill, and every experience can be repeatedly applied," he said.

Zhao Hongyu, CEO of Liye Cloud

China boasts approximately three million investment promotion professionals, yet the overall industry conversion rate has long remained below 0.6%, plagued by difficulties in project acquisition, weak follow-up, insufficient matching accuracy, and low deal-closure rates. At the conference, Zhao Hongyu, CEO of Liye Cloud, launched an industry-specific solution— the "AI Gold Medal Investment Promoter." By combining DingTalk's AI hardware and underlying technical capabilities with Liye Cloud's over two decades of hands-on experience in industrial investment promotion, the solution is packaged into multiple practical Skills, comprehensively covering eight high-frequency workflows: lead generation, pipeline management, tracking, matching, negotiation, and post-deal review—effectively realizing the vision of "let it handle the tasks while you focus on investment promotion."

"We aim to equip every investment promoter with a top-tier, always-online team," Zhao Hongyu stated. The "AI Gold Medal Investment Promoter" effectively connects enterprise clients with government industrial parks, two trillion-dollar markets, driving a leap in investment promotion efficiency. Reportedly, this solution has already been deployed in government investment promotion departments in Shanghai, Hangzhou, and other regions, earning high praise from frontline teams.

Wang Jie, Partner at Yiyouliao

Wang Jie, partner at Yiyouliao, shared an example of how a "one-person company" leverages AI for efficient operations. He believes that future organizational competitiveness will no longer hinge solely on processes or management systems, but on an individual's ability to command hundreds of AI agents, effectively forming a "super-individual." Together with DingTalk, Yiyouliao developed a social media operations assistant that automates everything from brand asset analysis and topic planning to content creation and publishing scheduling.

"Simply chatting with the AI assistant allows me to manage my Xiaohongshu account on a daily basis," Wang Jie noted. This system has increased content output efficiency by over 80% and tripled operational effectiveness. He urged businesses and individuals to actively engage with Tokens, deepening their understanding and mastery of AI through frequent interactions. "AI won't replace humans, but those who harness AI will inevitably surpass those who don't," he said.

The event also showcased DingTalk's latest advancements in AI hardware: the DingTalk A1 PRO and the AI headset H1 made their official debut, further expanding the range of applications for AI hardware-software integration. DingTalk stated that it will continue to open up models, modules, SDKs, and MCP data interfaces, working with ecosystem partners to build a complete AI-native product ecosystem, driving artificial intelligence deeper into various industries and unlocking greater possibilities for smart transformation.
