The 18th Golden Kirin Forum, hosted by Sina Finance, was successfully held in Beijing. This event introduced DingTalk as the official AI assistant, providing full support for conference operations and content recording, showcasing a new trend in intelligent conference services.
At the event, the DingTalk A1 Recording Card (DingTalk A1) and DingTalk AI Transcription feature were used to provide high-performance, intelligent meeting minutes services, pioneering a new model for AI-powered meeting records. The A1 Recording Card is DingTalk's first AI hardware product, designed as a lightweight, portable card-shaped device. Simply attach it to the back of your phone to start recording, and AI automatically analyzes the audio content to generate richly illustrated meeting summaries. It also supports interactive Q&A based on the content and automatic task creation for follow-ups.
Launched just five months ago, the DingTalk A1 Recording Card has already gained widespread market recognition, earning the nickname "AI artifact" and consistently ranking among the top sellers in relevant categories on platforms such as Tmall and Douyin. Earlier, during the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in the United States, the device attracted numerous industry figures, including well-known business commentator Liu Run and veteran media personality Qin Shuo, who personally experienced and publicly recommended it.
At the Golden Kirin Forum, the A1 Recording Card's outstanding long-distance audio pickup capability and up to 45 hours of continuous recording ensured that speakers' remarks could be clearly captured no matter where attendees were located in the venue, instantly transforming into structured, illustrated summary highlights.
Participants can also create an AI transcription by long-pressing the DingTalk app and selecting "Create New AI Transcription." The system instantly generates intelligently organized meeting minutes with chapter segmentation and key content annotations, enhancing information absorption and follow-up efficiency.
Since its inaugural event in 2008, the Sina Golden Kirin Forum has evolved into a highly influential platform for financial thought exchange, bringing together industry leaders and academic experts to discuss new directions for economic development.
DingTalk's Financial Industry General Manager Li Wei pointed out at the forum that, against the backdrop of rapidly advancing intelligent technologies, future corporate organizations will form collaborative ecosystems composed of humans, machines, and AI, creating a new type of "intelligent entity." He suggested that repetitive tasks such as document processing, meeting minutes, and knowledge management should be handled by AI, driving a comprehensive upgrade of office infrastructure from the grassroots to senior levels. This will free up human resources to focus on creative and strategic tasks, truly unlocking the productivity potential of AI.
Currently, DingTalk A1 and DingTalk AI Transcription have been adopted by many large enterprises and major events, including Fortune 500 companies such as Xiangyu Group, Meinian Health, and Sungrow Power Supply, gradually becoming essential tools for modern smart offices.
