Recently, the 2025 Hangzhou Entrepreneurship Conference was held at the Grand Canal Cultural Release Center. During the event, the nation's first "Hangzhou Entrepreneurship Co-Pilot Ecosystem Joint Covenant" was unveiled, marking a new stage in Hangzhou's entrepreneurship services—shifting from "government-led" to "ecosystem co-creation."

At the conference, 14 professional service organizations—including banks, guarantee institutions, and accounting firms—jointly set up shop to provide entrepreneurs with end-to-end support across the entire lifecycle, from refining business plans and mapping out financing strategies to offering year-round resource co-piloting. To date, Hangzhou has established 32 municipal-level innovation parks, 12 overseas returnee entrepreneurship parks, 100 entrepreneurship co-pilot spaces, and 489 postdoctoral workstations. These efforts have collectively incubated 74,000 enterprises, creating a robust ecosystem that supports entrepreneurs from inception to growth. Within this ecosystem, the consensus is growing: "Start your business in Hangzhou—run your company on DingTalk."

DingTalk: From Office Tool to AI Entrepreneurship Infrastructure

In the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem sharing session, DingTalk Vice President Ma Lijun outlined DingTalk's new role for entrepreneurs in the AI era: "One person can be an entire team. DingTalk is evolving from an office collaboration tool into an AI-native entrepreneurship infrastructure platform—not just a supporting tool, but an 'AI team' for entrepreneurs."

This August, AI DingTalk 1.0 launched five new AI products, including DingTalk's first AI hardware, the DingTalk A1; AI transcription; DingTalk ONE; AI Search & Ask; and AI Sheets. These innovations are completely reimagining workflows and deeply integrating into core business scenarios across industries. Take DingTalk AI Sheets as an example: In the e-commerce sector, facing the data "peak" of Double 11, DingTalk became the industry's first intelligent spreadsheet capable of handling 10 million active rows in a single sheet. This empowers practitioners to integrate the entire workflow—from product management, design, operations, logistics, to influencer management—into one unified sheet, creating a data-driven decision-making hub.

Startup Ding: The Entrepreneur's "Digital Partner"

Targeting small and micro innovative enterprises, DingTalk has launched "Startup Ding," which integrates five AI entrepreneurship assistants: a market research assistant, a finance and tax assistant, a legal assistant, a design assistant, and a social media operations assistant—providing startups with one-stop intelligent services.

"Ten years ago, DingTalk started by solving mobile office challenges for small and medium-sized businesses; today, we're committed to creating an entirely new way of working in the AI era," Ma Lijun said. Startup Ding's AI assistants possess the ability to deeply understand context, proactively analyze data, and generate strategic recommendations. They can intelligently process millions of enterprise data points, instantly generate draft designs as a design assistant, and collect social media information with a single click, build business scoring models, and synchronize content publishing across multiple accounts.

"We hope that every entrepreneur, regardless of location or resources, can have their own AI team," Ma Lijun added. In the morning, when you open DingTalk, DingTalk ONE automatically compiles global tech news, to-do items, and key data, while also delivering market risk alerts. At noon, AI Sheets automatically analyzes sales and operational trends, helping to formulate strategies and complete project retrospectives and resource allocations. With the design assistant, a brand logo or e-commerce detail page can be generated in just three minutes, enabling efficient social media account management and optimized communication strategies. Tasks that once required collaboration among multiple roles—such as marketing, finance, operations, design, and legal—can now be efficiently handled by a single entrepreneur paired with a team of AI assistants.

This not only dramatically lowers the barriers to entrepreneurship but also restructures organizational logic: individual creativity is infinitely amplified by AI, becoming the core engine driving rapid startup growth.

This transformation is accelerating in Hangzhou. Ma Lijun revealed that DingTalk has entered into a deep partnership with Yuhang District in Hangzhou, establishing a dedicated entrepreneurship co-pilot program, and will receive further support from more districts and counties to jointly build a "government-enterprise co-creation" collaborative network with ecosystem partners. "We're not just providing tools—we're opening up real-world scenarios and business opportunities so that entrepreneurship opportunities in the AI era can emerge in Hangzhou," he said.

More importantly, DingTalk's "one person is a whole team" philosophy aligns with the new mindset of young entrepreneurs today: rather than blindly expanding teams or relying on manpower-intensive tactics, they focus on the smallest viable unit, leveraging AI as a lever to unlock maximum value. In this way, "Startup Ding" truly becomes the entrepreneur's "digital partner."
