Based on DingTalk's multilingual support and AI technology, the platform can automatically recognize video and voice, generate subtitles, and translate them into multiple languages in real time. For example, a high-quality Chinese course can generate English subtitles with a single click, accelerating the internationalization of courses and breaking down language barriers.
Developed based on DingTalk's AI, the "YunKai Assistant" has three intelligent functions: First, it integrates school rules and administrative processes to build a dedicated knowledge base; second, it enables intelligent Q&A, accurately understanding user intent and responding quickly; third, it supports multilingual switching—for example, if a Vietnamese student asks a question in Vietnamese, the system will respond in the same language.
Xiong Lianglin emphasized that DingTalk has become an important hub connecting people and services, providing a one-stop service experience from learning interaction to administrative affairs. The deep integration of AI has turned the "Digital and Intelligent YunKai App" into a personalized smart terminal for every teacher and student.
On December 23, 2025, the AI DingTalk 1.1 New Product Launch and Ecosystem Conference was held in Hangzhou, where DingTalk officially launched Agent OS—the world's first enterprise intelligent operating system designed specifically for AI—marking the arrival of a new work model of "human-AI collaboration."
