On October 30, DingTalk held the Ding Summit in Hefei, themed "The Way of Working in the AI Era." The event attracted more than 300 representatives from innovative companies in Hefei and across Anhui Province, who gathered to explore cutting-edge trends and practical pathways for intelligent transformation.
Hefei is known as the "City of Innovation." Over the past decade, its economic growth has ranked among the top among provincial capitals nationwide, making it a benchmark region for digital and intelligent transformation of enterprises. Since the beginning of this year, Hefei has become one of the fastest-growing cities for DingTalk's business. In particular, after the launch of AI DingTalk 8.0, its AI products have been widely embraced by local enterprises and employees, with many companies proactively requesting to activate AI features, according to Chen Weimian, General Manager of DingTalk's Central China Region.
The active progress of Hefei-based enterprises in digital and intelligent transformation has benefited from strong policy support. In recent years, Anhui Province and Hefei City have successively introduced multiple policies to encourage the digital and intelligent transformation of enterprises. At the summit, the Hefei Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology provided detailed policy briefings to the participating companies on-site.
Data shows that more than 120,000 enterprises in Anhui Province are using DingTalk, with 50,000 based in Hefei, accounting for 41%. Among the more than 10,000 large-scale enterprises in Hefei, nearly half are using DingTalk. Manufacturing, information technology, energy infrastructure, and other locally advantageous industries are the areas with the highest coverage of DingTalk.
A number of globally influential enterprises have become deep users of DingTalk, including Sungrow Power Supply, a leading photovoltaic inverter company; Guodun Quantum, a pioneer in quantum information industrialization; Visionox, a leader in OLED display technology; and well-known national food brands such as Laoxiangji, Xiaocaiyuan, and Qige Food. Additionally, construction and transportation infrastructure companies like Yuanding Construction and Anhui Provincial Communications Control Group have leveraged DingTalk to achieve organizational collaboration and digital upgrades.
The venue was packed, and participants were highly enthusiastic.
Laoxiangji: AI Enhances Service Standardization
Laoxiangji has adopted DingTalk's AI training solution, using AI-powered simulations and emergency drills to significantly improve the service standards of frontline staff. At the same time, the company has built an internal intelligent Q&A system based on DingTalk's enterprise-level AI platform, greatly shortening the training period for new employees and effectively addressing the issue of inconsistent execution standards under the franchise model.
Zhang Ziyou, DingTalk's regional head in Anhui, noted that Hefei-based enterprises are at the forefront in AI applications, with features such as DingTalk Meeting Notes, AI Tables, and AI Training widely used in scenarios like meetings, operations, and training.
Hefei Qige Food Co., Ltd.
Qige Food is a well-known food manufacturing company headquartered in Hefei, with 130 chain stores covering more than 50 cities. The company produces hundreds of thousands of egg tart shells, beef products, and pizzas daily, involving nearly 100 tons of raw materials. Due to differences in procurement and usage timing, as well as the fact that receiving, usage, and quality inspection personnel belong to different departments, real-time information sharing has been challenging.
