Designed for solo entrepreneurs, individual business owners, and micro-enterprises, this assistant leverages AI-powered Q&A capabilities along with professional human support from DingTalk's enterprise service ecosystem to provide a one-stop solution for startup needs.
DingTalk CEO Chen Hang said: "In the early stages of starting over, support is often lacking. We asked ourselves, if we were to start again, what could DingTalk do for startups? This is DingTalk's attempt to return to its original mission. The AI Startup Assistant aims for deliverable business outcomes, helping every entrepreneur turn 'one person into a company.'"
The AI Startup Assistant was developed over four months by DingTalk in collaboration with more than 100 entrepreneurs from various industries. The initial phase covers core startup management areas such as market research, finance & taxation, legal affairs, design, and social media operations. Each AI Startup Assistant functions as a digital employee, equipped with the full capability to gather requirements, analyze problems, and provide solutions—effectively alleviating the challenges faced by entrepreneurs who lack resources, time, or manpower—so they can focus on their core business development.

Hangzhou Changshi Technology Co., Ltd. is a company focused on traffic operations, dedicated to promoting African outbound tourism brands through integrated marketing. As a small business with only six employees, its primary customer acquisition channel is social media. Previously, it relied on two operators to produce 10 pieces of content each day.
