He noted that AI serves as a catalyst for the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture, with tremendous potential in areas such as intelligent preservation of cultural relics, predictive maintenance, inclusive sharing of cultural knowledge, and cross-cultural understanding.
For example, AI can analyze changes in environmental data to predict the deterioration trends of cultural relics and propose targeted conservation plans. At the same time, it can generate personalized content based on the characteristics of cultural relics, amplifying their influence and enabling barrier-free communication across languages and cultures. DingTalk's AI Tables, Knowledge Bases, and other products have already been implemented in the cultural heritage sector, helping institutions improve management and operational efficiency.
