On January 8, DingTalk invited more than 100 ecosystem partners to attend the 2024 Stellar Ecosystem Conference, themed "Gather Momentum, Create the Future with Intelligence."

At the conference, DingTalk showcased impressive ecosystem achievements: deep ecosystem integration has made significant progress, with ecosystem partners from over 30 industries co-creating DingTalk management suites. More than 15 top-tier ecosystem partners have joined forces with DingTalk on large-client projects. The AI ecosystem has also yielded new results, with over 50 AI ecosystem partners, and four AI ecosystem companies exceeding RMB 1 million in sales during the 2024 Double 11 shopping festival. During the event, DingTalk presented awards to outstanding ecosystem partners and announced plans to work with ecosystem partners in 2025 to map out a new blueprint for DingTalk's AI ecosystem and Open Ecosystem 2.0.

The DingTalk Stellar Program, launched in August 2022, is an exclusive partnership program designed for ecosystem partners. It offers high-level benefits such as open access to high-value capabilities, tiered networking and investment matchmaking, and joint, in-depth marketing campaigns with DingTalk. Since its inception, the DingTalk Stellar Program has attracted more than 100 member companies. It has expanded from a general SaaS service ecosystem for small and medium-sized enterprises to a comprehensive ecosystem focused on industry-specific solutions, large-client offerings, and an active exploration of AI ecosystem collaboration strategies.

In 2024, DingTalk has developed a rich and diverse ecosystem. Supported by large clients, the ecosystem has expanded across multiple dimensions, including industry verticals, strategic partnerships, AI, and end-user solutions, while deepening its reach into each area. This diversification allows DingTalk to continuously accumulate service experience, working with partners to deliver more specialized products and customized solutions to customers.

This year, DingTalk has further deepened its collaboration with ecosystem partners. Leading ecosystem partners from more than 30 industries have actively participated in building DingTalk's management suites, integrating their respective expertise with the DingTalk platform to create powerful, highly adaptable management solutions. More than 15 top-tier ecosystem partners have teamed up with DingTalk on large-client projects.

In 2024, many ecosystem partners, with the support of the DingTalk ecosystem, have launched new products that are deeply integrated with DingTalk's usage scenarios, earning customer recognition and creating new business value. For example, Moka and DingTalk jointly launched the "DingTalk HR Flagship Edition," which generated over RMB 10 million in revenue within just a few months of launch, offering a fresh solution to HR collaboration challenges.

eSign宝 and DingTalk have engaged in deep cooperation on smart contracts. By integrating DingTalk's frequent use cases with eSign宝's technical capabilities, they cover the entire contract lifecycle—from drafting and reviewing to signing and managing—enabling efficient business expansion and generating over RMB 10 million in revenue for eSign宝 in the current fiscal year.

02 Rapid Growth of the AI Ecosystem: Four Companies Exceed RMB 1 Million in Sales During Double 11

In 2024, more than 50 ecosystem partners became DingTalk's AI partners, jointly building AI solutions for DingTalk. The Double 11 shopping festival this year marked the first public debut of AI ecosystem products and services, with four ecosystem partners achieving sales exceeding RMB 1 million.

Over the past year, DingTalk has placed particular emphasis on advancing its AI ecosystem. In the first half of 2024, the total number of AI assistants created on DingTalk reached 500,000. In June this year, DingTalk announced that it would open its platform to all large-model providers, enabling various model capabilities to be combined with DingTalk plugins and integrated with products or services from other ecosystem partners, creating comprehensive solutions and enhancing the value of the DingTalk ecosystem.

In the coming year, DingTalk will continue to focus on applying AI capabilities to ecosystem development, pioneering a new "intelligent-driven" model for China's software and SaaS ecosystem. On the application level, DingTalk will continue to deepen its native AI capabilities, delving into users' specific vertical scenarios and constantly introducing smarter, more versatile AI solutions. In terms of business, DingTalk Select will also enter its 2.0 phase. In the future, DingTalk Select will not only serve as a procurement tool but also as a diversified platform that leverages AI to power enterprise service supply.

In the future, DingTalk will work with ecosystem partners to apply AI capabilities to specific use cases—for example, providing more AI plugins for individual users to boost office productivity; developing more granular management suites for small and medium-sized enterprises that comprehensively cover human resources, finance, marketing, and other management areas; and offering AI solutions for large enterprises to help them transition from digitalization to AI-driven operations.

03 28 Ecosystem Partners Receive Awards

In this DingTalk ecosystem evaluation, 28 companies were recognized for their outstanding performance and received awards such as the "2024 Diamond Procurement Carnival Award" and the "2024 AI Ecosystem Pioneer Award."

Among them, Xiaobangbang CRM, Houyibao, and Enjunte were awarded the "2024 AI Ecosystem Pioneer Award." These three brands have actively engaged in deep collaboration with DingTalk's AI initiatives, refining AI solutions for DingTalk and continuously boosting enterprise productivity.

The Xiaobangbang CRM team spent two years refining its approach and developed a proprietary sales management methodology. Leveraging DingTalk's AI capabilities, they created the "AI Sales Assistant," significantly improving sales efficiency.

Xiaobangbang founder Dai Hongwei said:
