DingTalk A1 Sells Out on Tmall Double 11
On November 15, Tmall released the sales rankings for the 3C digital category during the 2025 Double 11 event. DingTalk’s first AI hardware product, the DingTalk A1, secured the No. 1 spot on the brand sales list in the MP3/MP4/iPod/recording pen category. At the same time, the Tmall DingTalk official flagship store ranked No. 1 in sales revenue within this category.

During the Double 11 period, the DingTalk A1 delivered outstanding performance in Tmall’s 3C digital category, topping both the brand and store sales lists for MP3/MP4/iPod/recording pens. Since its launch two months ago, the product has received widespread praise from consumers and is hailed as an “AI office tool.” It has consistently topped relevant category rankings on platforms such as Tmall and Douyin, emerging as a dark horse in the AI hardware space, with cumulative sales reaching tens of thousands of units.
The DingTalk A1 is DingTalk’s first AI hardware product launched this year. Sales staff, administrative personnel, lawyers, teachers, and other professionals are using the A1 to record phone calls and daily meetings.
