On November 15, Tmall released the sales rankings for the 3C digital category during the 2025 Double 11 event. DingTalk’s first AI hardware product, the DingTalk A1, secured the No. 1 spot on the brand sales list in the MP3/MP4/iPod/recording pen category. At the same time, the Tmall DingTalk official flagship store ranked No. 1 in sales revenue within this category.

During the Double 11 period, the DingTalk A1 delivered outstanding performance in Tmall’s 3C digital category, topping both the brand and store sales lists for MP3/MP4/iPod/recording pens. Since its launch two months ago, the product has received widespread praise from consumers and is hailed as an “AI office tool.” It has consistently topped relevant category rankings on platforms such as Tmall and Douyin, emerging as a dark horse in the AI hardware space, with cumulative sales reaching tens of thousands of units.
The DingTalk A1 is DingTalk’s first AI hardware product launched this year. On August 25, DingTalk officially unveiled the DingTalk A1 at its 10th-anniversary launch event, where the first limited batch of 1,000 units sold out immediately. Since its official release on September 15, sales have continued to grow rapidly. Today, the DingTalk A1 has helped tens of thousands of users improve efficiency in work and study, earning widespread recognition.
Sales staff, administrative personnel, lawyers, teachers, and other professionals are using the A1 to record phone calls and daily meetings. Lawyer Chen from a well-known law firm in Zhejiang said that by using the DingTalk A1 to record, transcribe, and analyze client consultations, the time required to prepare meeting minutes has been reduced from several hours to just a few minutes, greatly improving the speed of professional service delivery.

It comes with over 200 AI-powered scenario-specific templates, suitable for scenarios such as meetings, interviews, psychological counseling, legal consultations, customer visits, and job interviews. The device can automatically summarize key points and integrates with DingTalk’s calendar, to-do lists, and AI forms, turning communication content into actionable tasks.
Currently, DingTalk offers personal users of the Flagship Edition 1,000 minutes of free speech-to-text per month, while users of the Youth Edition receive 300 minutes per month, further lowering the barrier to entry and enabling more people to easily experience the efficiency gains brought by AI.
