"Advanced" Trusted AI Cloud, a leading AI SaaS provider—DingTalk receives two recognitions from China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT).

On December 3, at the 2024 Global Digital Economy Conference, CAICT announced the first batch of Trusted AI Cloud evaluation results—DingTalk has passed the "Advanced" certification under the "Enterprise-level SaaS Integrated AI Capability Evaluation." This is the highest level in this standard certification, making DingTalk the only trusted AI cloud application in China to achieve this certification so far!

At the same time, CAICT released the research findings of "Valuable 20: 2024 AI SaaS Intelligent Application Typical Providers" at the conference. Thanks to its innovative AI product technologies and large-scale implementation across various industries, DingTalk has successfully been selected for the "2024 AI SaaS Intelligent Application Typical Providers Valuable 20."

Since 2022, with the rapid development of large model technology, more and more enterprises have begun to apply AI large models to drive technological innovation and digital transformation. However, developing and deploying applications based on large models involves a complex technical stack. For companies focused on application innovation, this presents high technical barriers and stringent security requirements, impacting the R&D and iteration cycle of applications.

To address this, CAICT, together with academic and industry partners, launched a comprehensive capability assessment for Trusted AI Clouds. The goal is to standardize the quality of industry model cloud services and related products, provide a benchmark for users selecting large model applications, and guide the healthy and orderly development of the AI cloud ecosystem.

This Trusted AI Cloud evaluation was conducted according to the standard "Capability Requirements for Enterprise-level SaaS Integrated AI," covering six major capability domains—integration capability, AI service capability, scalability, security and compliance, AI usability, and operations & maintenance—and 95 test items to thoroughly assess DingTalk's AI capabilities.

DingTalk's AI assistant achieved scores in key indicators across all six capability domains that meet the "Advanced" level requirements of this standard.

DingTalk's AI assistant features a low-barrier, intuitive creation experience, providing users and enterprises with a ready-to-use, standardized AI assistant. DingTalk also offers a low-barrier, flexible, highly customizable AI assistant creation platform, supporting multiple creation methods such as workflow orchestration, multi-Agent coordination, anthropomorphic operations, and visualized canvases. This enables AI Agents to be accessible to everyone across various industries.

At the same time, DingTalk's AI ecosystem is highly open, allowing enterprises and SaaS partners to choose from multiple options—including Assistant API, AI Inside, or SDK—to directly integrate DingTalk's AI capabilities into channels like WeChat public accounts, web pages, or mini-programs, or quickly incorporate them into their own self-built systems or SaaS software. This significantly lowers the barrier for software developers and AI-using enterprises to develop AI applications.

In addition to its rich product forms and technical capabilities, DingTalk's AI has been rapidly implemented across various industries, leveraging DingTalk's extensive real-world user scenarios and customer needs.

Data shows that over 2.2 million enterprises are using DingTalk's AI, with more than 1.7 million active enterprise customers each month. Enterprises across industries, including Shenzhen Airlines, Yunnan Baiyao, and A-We Electronic, are leveraging DingTalk's AI to enhance organizational collaboration and intelligent business operations.

Based on the large-scale application of DingTalk's AI in real-world industry scenarios and its innovative product technologies, DingTalk has also been awarded the "2024 AI SaaS Intelligent Application Typical Provider Valuable 20" honor.

This award was initiated by the Cloud Computing Open Source Alliance and the To-Cloud Application and Service Promotion Matrix, targeting SaaS service and solution providers integrating AI capabilities, as well as AI-native application developers and service providers. DingTalk excelled in four key dimensions—AI technology maturity in intelligent applications, operational excellence, strategic innovation, and application effectiveness—and was successfully selected based on a comprehensive evaluation.
