EnglishOn September 10, the Yuhang Economic Development Zone in Zhejiang held a partnership launch event for the "Liye Yu Kai" AI investment promotion and enterprise service smart platform, marking the official launch of Zhejiang Province's first one-stop digital investment promotion service platform powered by artificial intelligence. The platform was jointly developed by the Yuhang Economic Development Zone, Jinye Cloud, and DingTalk, integrating the technological, data, and ecosystem strengths of all three parties. It aims to transform investment promotion and enterprise support services from the traditional "people find businesses" model to an intelligent "platform-enabled" approach.
Three Core AI Functions Integrated
As Zhejiang Province's first officially launched AI investment promotion and enterprise service smart platform, the "Liye Yu Kai" platform leverages industry big data, combined with Alibaba Cloud's computing foundation, the DeepSeek general-purpose model base, and Jinye Cloud's vertical-scenario application capabilities. It deeply integrates three core functions—AI site selection, AI investment promotion, and AI enterprise services—to achieve precise demand analysis and intelligent matching in investment promotion scenarios, addressing the specific needs of the Yuhang Economic Development Zone in real-world investment promotion and enterprise support settings.
At the launch event, Xing Bin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Yuhang Economic Development Zone, stated that artificial intelligence is profoundly reshaping the global economic landscape. As a key industrial economic hub, the Yuhang Economic Development Zone will actively respond to the strategic initiative of "building an AI innovation highland," driving innovation in investment promotion models and industrial services through digital platforms.
As the representative of the construction party, Zhao Hongyu, CEO of Jinye Cloud, provided an overview of the platform and demonstrated its operational performance on-site. Representatives from two park entities—the Renheli Hangshi Intelligent Manufacturing Center and Dongheng Pharmaceutical—who were among the first to join the "Liye Yu Kai" platform, shared their practical results in digital investment promotion based on their own experiences.
Ma Lijun, Vice President of DingTalk and also a representative of the platform's construction partners, pointed out that companies commonly face challenges such as "can't afford it, can't use it well, or can't keep up" when adopting AI. To address these issues, DingTalk has introduced an AI solution that is "end-to-end, zero-threshold, and low-cost." New products such as "Startup Ding," "AI Meetings," and "AI Sheets" exemplify this approach, helping businesses achieve efficient operations. He emphasized: "DingTalk aims to enable 90% of companies to access AI tools and truly make good use of them, boosting efficiency at the lowest cost and unlocking greater innovation potential. Through 'Liye Yu Kai,' we hope to make AI a new productive force driving the development of businesses in Yuhang."

At the conclusion of the event, Chen Xiangbin, Deputy Director of the Yuhang Economic Development Zone Management Committee; Zhao Hongyu, CEO of Jinye Cloud; and Ma Lijun, Vice President of DingTalk, jointly signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The three parties will work together to optimize the platform and expand its applications, striving to establish "Liye Yu Kai" as a benchmark model for regional digital investment promotion and enterprise services.
