Focusing on Organizational Capability Reconstruction

Realizing "Digital Immortality of Organizations"

In his speech, Wang Haocong, Deputy Director of the DingTalk AI Consulting Institute, pointed out that as generative AI deepens its impact on industries, corporate competition is shifting from "whether to use AI" to "whether to possess AI-native organizational capabilities." He emphasized that true AI transformation is not just about upgrading tools—it involves a systematic reconstruction of organizational capabilities. The key lies in embedding core competencies into the organizational system rather than relying on individual employees.

According to disclosures, the AI100 Initiative centers on "organizational capability reconstruction," focusing on key roles such as strategy, operations, and management. Through AI Agents, it transforms capabilities that depend on individual experience into sustainable, continuously evolving digital capabilities—effectively realizing "digital immortality" for organizations. Even with personnel turnover, organizational capabilities can be retained over the long term and continuously optimized through AI—a hallmark of AI-native organizations.

Layered Services for Businesses of Different Sizes

Delivering Value-Driven Outcomes

The AI100 Initiative offers differentiated capability-building pathways based on company size and stage of development:

Large enterprises: Build replicable and exportable AI capabilities around industry-specific models and key role AI Agents, enabling them to transition from users to organizers and enablers within industry ecosystems.

Medium-sized enterprises: Promote the AI-Agentization of management and operational roles to reduce reliance on "star performers," enhancing organizational efficiency and overall performance.

Small and medium-sized enterprises: Focus on core business scenarios such as sales, operations, and delivery, using standardized AI Agents to quickly solve practical problems and achieve "more with fewer people."

Entrepreneurs and micro-businesses: Leverage personal AI Agents and tool-based capabilities to help individuals achieve a highly productive "one-person team" model.

AI Empowerment

Talent Upgrading and Corporate AI Transformation Consulting & Guidance

The DingTalk "AI100 Initiative" has launched specialized services targeting talent development and corporate transformation: Leveraging the DingTalk platform and ecosystem partners, it will establish regional AI training bases, build a comprehensive AI learning and certification system, enhance students' AI application and development skills, and strengthen their employability. At the same time, it will promote internal "AI-empowered talent" programs within enterprises, helping employees master AI tools and their business applications through systematic training and certification—ultimately improving operational efficiency and market competitiveness. For corporate AI transformation, the initiative will also provide end-to-end consulting and guidance, covering everything from transformation planning and scenario design to implementation—supporting enterprises in achieving high-quality development and building competitive advantages in the AI era.

Building a Methodology

Collaborating with Industry Ecosystems

The DingTalk AI Consulting Institute, as the methodology developer and ecosystem enabler for AI-native organizations, will rely on Agent OS and enterprise-level AI platforms to collaborate with consulting firms, technology service providers, and training and content partners—jointly creating a comprehensive service system that spans awareness enhancement, capability development, and organizational capability sedimentation.

At the event, DingTalk signed co-construction agreements with multiple ecosystem partners to build an AI talent and corporate transformation ecosystem, covering consulting, technology, and training sectors. In her remarks, Wu Lei, Deputy Director of the DingTalk AI Consulting Institute, stated that the widespread adoption and deepening of AI-native organizational capabilities will provide solid support for regional industrial transformation, upgrading, and talent structure optimization. Several guests engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as AI leadership, industry application practices, and talent development mechanisms.

Industry experts believe that as the AI100 Initiative continues to advance, corporate AI transformation will shift from fragmented experimentation to systematic development—spurring the formation of new collaboration and empowerment models in the industry chain, centered on organizational capabilities.
