At the "Culture + Technology" development sub-forum of the Taihe Forum, Zhu Hong shared DingTalk's technological vision and practical progress in the AI era. He pointed out that AI is a key enabler for the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture, and will play an important role in intelligent cultural relic protection, predictive maintenance, inclusive knowledge sharing, and cross-cultural understanding.
For example, AI can analyze environmental data to predict the deterioration trends of cultural relics and propose precise conservation plans. At the same time, it can generate personalized content based on the characteristics of cultural relics, expanding their cultural influence and enabling barrier-free communication across languages and cultures. DingTalk's AI Tables, Knowledge Bases, and other products have already been implemented in the cultural heritage sector, helping institutions improve management and operational efficiency.
