“A Day at DingTalk” was born in the early days of DingTalk’s founding. To ensure that every team member feels DingTalk’s daily growth, colleagues take turns writing a diary for DingTalk using “DingTalk Logs” and sharing it in the “All-Hands Group.” Initially, the logs mainly documented customer visits, feature optimizations, and heartwarming team stories, while encouraging open discussion. As DingTalk has grown, the content of the logs has continuously expanded and evolved.
