In her opening remarks, Yuan Xiaomei, Secretary-General of the Tianjin Big Data Association, stated that AI is profoundly reshaping business operations and collaboration models. Standard Global Group, a multinational corporation deeply rooted in Tianjin for nearly two decades, showcased its CIO Wu Qiao presenting AI applications at commercial landmarks such as the Florence Outlet Town shopping district and V1 Auto World. The group achieved three major breakthroughs through Wukong: real-time monitoring of online public sentiment now generates reports instantly with a single command, replacing the previous two-week process; negative feedback is captured immediately to enhance service quality; and an intelligent investment promotion assistant automatically gathers brand updates and industry insights, generating structured reports for the marketing team and eliminating time-consuming manual searches. An AI meeting assistant, powered by Skill functionality, consolidates scattered visit records across employees into a centralized AI table, effectively capturing tacit knowledge and managing it hierarchically based on permissions, allowing leadership to grasp the big picture without micromanaging individual details.
Yinong Food
Zheng Sumei, General Manager of Yinong Food, a long-established Tianjin food company with nearly eight decades of history, recounted an inspiring transformation journey. Due to the relatively older average age of the management team, initial acceptance of AI was low. However, since introducing AI forms in mid-April this year, the number of active foreign trade clients and offline distributors increased significantly within less than a month. Two foreign trade specialists used AI for customer segmentation, follow-up reminders, and sales script recommendations, accomplishing tasks that previously required a much larger team. Zheng admitted, "AI truly helped us find new customers and start making real money."
At the event, DingTalk Wukong officially signed a cooperation agreement with Tianjin Tiankai Development Group Co., Ltd. The two parties will collaborate closely on ecological technology innovation services, leveraging AI to support the digital operations and enterprise services of the Tiankai Higher Education Science and Technology Park, jointly exploring innovative "AI + science and technology" models. Additionally, four companies—Zhongce Rubber, Xingyi Zhongtian, Haoye Technology, and Tinghui International Trade—reached co-creation agreements with DingTalk Wukong to develop advanced AI agent solutions tailored to their respective industry scenarios.
