(referred to as Henan Nongdan) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with DingTalk (China) Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as DingTalk). The two parties will engage in deep collaboration in areas such as smart infrastructure development, industry ecosystem partnerships, AI applications, and technology talent training and exchange, leveraging their respective strengths to integrate and complement each other and jointly promote resource sharing and cooperation.

Founded in 2016, Henan Nongdan is a key provincial state-owned enterprise—a state-owned, wholly owned policy-oriented agricultural credit guarantee institution that "focuses on serving agriculture and moderately scaled agricultural operators." The company relies on technology support and product innovation to empower the development of new agricultural productivity and contribute to rural industrial revitalization. To date, it has achieved a cumulative guarantee scale of 103.705 billion yuan, ranking among the top in the national agricultural guarantee system.
In this collaboration, the two parties will deeply integrate technology, finance, and agriculture, fully leveraging the advantages of digital technology and financial technology. They will focus on digital transformation in the agricultural guarantee industry, the application of artificial intelligence technologies, and the development of a digital-intelligent ecosystem. This collaboration aims to comprehensively enhance Henan Nongdan's organizational coordination efficiency and operational management effectiveness, continuously drive organizational upgrades and model innovation, and unlock the last-mile productivity in serving the "three rural areas."
On one hand, by leveraging DingTalk's AI technologies, the two parties will build an integrated mobile digital-intelligent platform that combines "computing, connectivity, collaboration, data, and intelligence." They will advance the application of AI technologies in business scenarios such as digital employees and knowledge bases, enabling cross-organizational connections, multi-business collaboration, multi-application integration, open sharing, and intelligent decision-making. This will empower the intelligent upgrade of business operations and inject new vitality into Henan Nongdan's operations and management.
On the other hand, Henan Nongdan will leverage its core R&D capabilities in guarantee industry application scenarios and deeply integrate them with DingTalk's SaaS and PaaS enterprise service technologies. With information fusion, easy collaboration, digital-intelligent efficiency, and security and reliability as core objectives, the two parties will jointly explore a "new ecosystem" for innovative industry development, create an "industry ecosystem" exchange platform, and strive to build a digital-intelligent ecosystem based on co-creation, mutual benefit, symbiosis, and shared value.
In addition, the two parties will establish a joint mechanism for cultivating technology talent. They will organize industry-specific training sessions and seminars to jointly explore cutting-edge industry technologies and market trends. At the same time, they will send key business personnel and technical staff on short-term study visits to promote the comprehensive development of compound talents in technological innovation.
The strategic cooperation between Henan Nongdan and DingTalk not only marks the first dedicated DingTalk implementation in the guarantee industry but also brings new digital vitality to the entire guarantee sector.
