EnglishOn February 14, DingTalk (China) Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "DingTalk") and Kangchen Pharmaceutical Group (hereinafter referred to as "Kangchen Pharmaceutical") held the launch ceremony for the "XingChenTong" project at the headquarters of Kangchen Pharmaceutical Group. The two parties will focus on enterprise AI applications, digital and intelligent management, and jointly promote the digital transformation and upgrade of Kangchen Pharmaceutical. Fang Peicheng, Vice President of Kangchen Pharmaceutical Group; Wei Yawei, General Manager of the Healthcare Industry at DingTalk; and representatives from both sides attended the launch ceremony.
Fang Peicheng pointed out that 2025 marks the first year of implementing the "Digital Kangchen" strategy. The launch of the "XingChenTong" mobile portal is an important step in this transformation, aiming to achieve interconnection by integrating various systems on the mobile end, thereby addressing low communication efficiency and fragmented management while meeting mobile office needs. The group is collaborating with DingTalk to custom-develop a digital collaboration platform to explore new cross-departmental collaboration methods and the integration of information technology applications. He expressed the expectation that all departments will adopt an open mindset and cooperate sincerely. "XingChenTong" is a starting project for the group's informatization and digitalization, and more projects will follow in the future at an increasingly rapid pace. He called on all levels of management within the group and the entire staff of the Information Data Center to actively participate and jointly drive the high-quality achievement of the strategic goals of "Digital Kangchen."
At the meeting, Wei Yawei stated that Kangchen Pharmaceutical, as a leading company in the industry, upholds the value of "craftsmanship in pharmaceuticals, empowered by technology," which aligns closely with DingTalk's philosophy of using technology to help enterprises achieve "organizational efficiency and business innovation." In this collaboration, DingTalk looks forward to working hand-in-hand with Kangchen to streamline collaboration across the entire "full-scenario, full-link" process—from R&D and production to terminal marketing. At the same time, based on DingTalk's healthcare industry solutions, DingTalk will help Kangchen Pharmaceutical implement more industry-specific scenarios and set a new benchmark.
