In his keynote speech, Wang Yuan, Secretary-General of the Alibaba Research Institute, pointed out that we have fully entered a new era of human-AI collaboration. Artificial intelligence is no longer a passive tool but is gradually becoming a "digital colleague" within enterprises. The operating model of enterprises is shifting from the traditional "human using tools" to a new model of "human-AI collaborative work." AI can not only handle repetitive tasks but also help build private knowledge bases and intelligent systems for enterprises, enabling process automation and intelligent decision-making, thereby completely unleashing organizational productivity.

Wang Yuan further explained that DingTalk has built a three-in-one ecosystem loop of "platform + partners + customers," giving AI planning and judgment capabilities similar to the human brain. At the event, Gong Man, a DingTalk solutions expert, shared several successful cases. She emphasized that in the future, the competitive divide among enterprises will no longer be determined by scale but by "whether they make good use of AI"—meaning a clear gap will emerge between "AI-savvy enterprises" and "enterprises that have yet to embrace AI."

Through these intelligent systems, Weiqiao has achieved functions such as automatically asking procurement-related questions, tracking order data throughout the entire process, and intelligently linking product models with delivery progress, significantly optimizing operational efficiency and driving a leap from traditional manufacturing to "smart manufacturing."

She also noted that the current development of AI has gone beyond pure software and extended to the hardware level, enabling human-machine interaction to be integrated into real physical environments. For example, the entire conference was recorded by DingTalk's self-developed hardware, the DingTalk A1 voice intelligent assistant, which automatically generated meeting summaries and full transcripts after the event, showcasing the practical benefits of software-hardware integration.
