The two parties will focus on building a collaborative office system for the entire group and deepening the development of artificial intelligence (AI) application scenarios. With DingTalk Wukong and several AI products as the core drivers, they aim to promote the large-scale implementation of AI technology in the steel industry, helping Shagang establish a new working model suited to the AI era. Strategic Cooperation Details
The focus of this collaboration is to build a group-wide collaborative office system based on a dedicated DingTalk platform, powered by Wukong AI as the intelligent engine. This initiative aims to address real-world challenges in the steel industry’s operations and implement seven innovative AI application scenarios, effectively transforming AI technology into tangible value.
In terms of collaborative office infrastructure, Shagang will leverage DingTalk’s digital foundation to integrate existing OA, human resources management, finance, and other key business systems, achieving unified account management, single sign-on, and cross-system data interoperability. At the same time, a private hybrid data storage solution and security monitoring mechanisms will be introduced to provide robust technical and security safeguards for the company’s digital transformation.
On the practical application side, Shagang will fully utilize DingTalk’s Intelligent Agent Development Platform to support the widespread deployment of AI features. It also plans to gradually roll out Wukong AI assistants across the entire group, deeply embedding them into daily operational workflows to foster an “AI-native” organizational culture that boosts team vitality and individual creativity. For example, the jointly developed “KYT Automatic Hazard Detection Assistant” uses AI-powered visual recognition to analyze production site footage in real-time, automatically identifying potential risks and enhancing the factory’s intelligent safety management capabilities.
In addition, both parties will collaborate on Shagang’s internal AI talent cultivation program. Through systematic AI training workshops, they aim to develop a core team with digital thinking, create replicable and scalable AI application case studies, and accelerate the pace of intelligent transformation.
