For example, when booking a meeting room, "Xiaoxin" can intelligently match a room based on the booker's instructions and send a reminder 15 minutes before the meeting to remind the booker to check in on time or release the room. While simplifying the booking process, it also ensures that internal resources are fully and effectively utilized.
In the marketing business area,
The sales team can use an intelligent marketing AI assistant to monitor the progress of various document processes in real time, such as contract approval workflows and resource reservation status. The business operations team can also use this AI assistant to promptly identify hot topics or public sentiment, enabling them to better seize opportunities and mitigate risks.
For operational business scenarios,
The operations data assistant uses DingTalk as the interaction portal, providing real-time services to Weibo's vertical category operations through an intelligent Q&A format, and delivering required information via visualized charts. This AI assistant greatly reduces the learning costs for operations staff in using various operational systems, while improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Currently, DingTalk's AI assistants have successfully "performed their duties" in multiple business scenarios at Sina, showing remarkable results in response speed and labor cost control, and demonstrating the limitless potential of digital intelligence.
