The Macau New World Public Bus Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "New World") recently signed an agreement with DingTalk. The two parties will build a secure, controllable, and flexibly customized collaboration platform based on "Dedicated DingTalk."

In the future, New World will also collaborate with DingTalk to develop AI applications that cover multiple core operational and business scenarios, in order to strengthen the company's competitiveness and support the intelligent transformation of public bus services in Macau.

New World is one of Macau's oldest and largest public transportation service providers, with more than 1,000 employees and over 500 buses, providing daily transportation services for Macau residents and tourists.

New World hopes to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement through innovative digital tools, transforming traditional work methods and further enhancing service quality. After all employees adopt DingTalk, the company will first implement paperless office operations, moving approval processes across departments online. By using the low-code tool "Yida," New World will integrate its OA system with the DingTalk organization and connect it to office and maintenance systems, providing intelligent support for daily operations and maintenance tasks.

Following this agreement, DingTalk will tailor an upgraded collaboration platform for New World, built on Dedicated DingTalk's security capabilities, strengthening organizational permission management and data encryption features. This not only improves cross-departmental collaboration efficiency but also lays a stable infrastructure foundation for subsequent smart application development.

In terms of AI applications, New World plans to integrate AI capabilities with core business scenarios, driving the company from "process digitalization" to "intelligent decision-making." This will provide more comprehensive data analysis and information, helping to enhance traffic management capabilities and further optimize bus services.

It is reported that New World also plans to develop AI service robots on DingTalk, creating a company-wide intelligent knowledge base. Through AI Q&A and knowledge base retrieval, internal work efficiency will be improved. Yang Bo, Chief Information Technology Officer of New World, stated that the company has already begun building departmental knowledge bases on DingTalk, allowing employees to promptly obtain reliable work guidance through the knowledge base.
