The model uses artificial intelligence technology to reduce the enterprise site-selection cycle by 90%, on average cutting site-selection costs for businesses by more than 50%.
Breaking Three Major Pain Points in Traditional Site Selection
Public industry data shows that more than 2 million enterprises in China have annual needs for factory, park, and office site selection, creating a service market worth hundreds of billions of yuan. However, traditional site selection has long suffered from three core pain points: lack of information transparency, low matching efficiency, and a shortage of professional services. As a result, the site-selection process typically takes several months for businesses.
Building a Three-Dimensional Intelligent Analysis System
To address these industry pain points, Liye Cloud has built a comprehensive big data platform for industrial parks, covering more than 2,700 development zones and nearly 100,000 industrial parks nationwide. The platform includes over 140 core factors that enterprises focus on during site selection. It also features an industry big data system that covers more than 200 industrial chains and over 6,000 industry nodes. Leveraging DingTalk's AI capabilities, Liye Cloud has developed a site-selection large model that creates a three-dimensional intelligent analysis system based on "space adaptation + factor matching + industry alignment." This system can generate a customized site-selection plan in just 30 seconds.
"Liye Shanghai" Officially Launches
At the 2025 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC), Liye Cloud unveiled "Liye Shanghai," the world's first industry-grade intelligent site-selection large model. The platform now covers multiple districts, including Minhang, Xuhui, and Songjiang, and has listed information on more than 2,000 industrial parks, factories, and R&D offices. In the three months since its launch, the platform has received site-selection requests from 656 enterprises and successfully helped 36 key projects quickly establish themselves in Shanghai. The total selected area has reached 100,000 square meters, and the site-selection cycle for businesses has been dramatically reduced from several months to just a few days.
In addition, to meet the needs of Chinese manufacturing companies seeking overseas sites, Liye Cloud will gradually add park and facility listings from countries such as Indonesia and Vietnam, helping Chinese enterprises accelerate their global expansion.
