Government, Enterprises, and Universities Join Hands to Discuss the Future of the Youth Innovation Ecosystem

In his speech, a representative from the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce noted that the Sanchuang Competition has long played a critical role as an important platform for inspiring the innovative potential of the younger generation and driving urban industrial transformation and upgrading. The government will continue to provide policy support and resource integration to actively create an environment conducive to the development of young entrepreneurs, helping them go further on the path of innovation.

Ma Lijun, Vice President of DingTalk, pointed out that the special Sanchuang Competition session at this year’s Ding Summit fully reflects the profound impact of the competition on innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions. He expressed hope that the “Competition Friends Association” would become a key hub linking young innovators with industry opportunities, enabling more outstanding projects to move beyond campus and take root in society.

Professor Zhang Jianlin, Executive Dean of the Alibaba Business School at Hangzhou Normal University and Vice Chairman of the Sanchuang Competition Organizing Committee, stated that the Sanchuang Competition serves as a “real-world window” for innovation education in universities, and the establishment of the Competition Friends Association transforms short-term competition outcomes into long-term developmental momentum. Through tripartite collaboration among government, universities, and enterprises, the initiative promotes close alignment between youth capability development and actual societal needs, achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.

Feng Dengwei, General Manager of DingTalk's Education Industry Line, delivered a keynote presentation titled “An AI-Driven New Model for Talent Development in Higher Education,” using concrete examples to demonstrate how DingTalk leverages AI-assisted tools, digital collaboration platforms, and enterprise resource-matching mechanisms to help young innovators efficiently turn their ideas into reality and incubate their projects.
