EnglishOn January 16, DingTalk and Ronghuai Group officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Hangzhou. The two parties will fully leverage their respective strengths and innovative capabilities to engage in deep collaboration across multiple dimensions, including joint development of a digital foundation, co-creation of new applications for the group’s schools, and joint marketing efforts. Together, they aim to drive the digital transformation of private education groups and the commercialization of digital products, creating a new digital education ecosystem.
Ronghuai Group is a modern enterprise group with education as its core industry, featuring cross-regional, cross-industry, and diversified development. Ronghuai Education operates three major education parks in Zhejiang, Hubei, and Guangxi, serving more than 30,000 Chinese and foreign teachers and students. Its educational offerings span the entire K12 process—from kindergarten through high school—as well as international education, arts education, secondary vocational education, and college re-examination training. It is one of China's largest, highest-quality, and most modern and internationalized private education platforms.
DingTalk Education is dedicated to building inclusive products for campus management, office operations, and home-school communication. It currently serves more than 1,800 district and county education bureaus, 210,000 schools, over 8 million teachers, and 140 million students and parents.
Prior to this signing, Ronghuai Group had already implemented DingTalk across the entire organization.
Facing challenges in coordinating work across numerous group subsidiaries, campuses, and regions, Ronghuai Group chose DingTalk as its internal communication and collaboration platform, enabling real-time online connectivity and efficient communication and collaboration among group members.
In addition, Ronghuai Group leveraged DingTalk's low-code capabilities to enhance business process efficiency. For example, using DingTalk's Yida platform, Ronghuai Group developed a catering management system that enables end-to-end online management—from demand planning to procurement, warehousing, and distribution—upgrading catering management to a smart, data-driven model. This not only meets the core need for cost reduction and efficiency improvement but also ensures food safety.
Furthermore, Ronghuai Group has used DingTalk's class group feature to strengthen class management capabilities. Now, school administrators can centrally create and manage class groups, send school-wide announcements, and have the system automatically track message delivery and feedback, making notifications more efficient and convenient.
Through this collaboration, Ronghuai Group will become a key partner in DingTalk Education's "Beidou Initiative." The two parties will further deepen their cooperation to jointly build a digital foundation for private education groups.
Unlike teachers in public schools, teachers in private education groups are corporate employees. Therefore, in addition to evaluating teachers on teaching, research, and supervision, it is also necessary to provide organizational guidance, performance management, talent assessment, and individual incentives from a corporate perspective. By integrating DingTalk's Smart HR Flagship Edition, the Home-School Communication Directory, and Ronghuai Group's self-developed teacher-student relationship SaaS system, management challenges such as dual identity management for teachers in private schools and student transfers across campuses will be addressed. At the same time, DingTalk's vast parent user base will help Ronghuai Group expand enrollment across regions.
In addition, DingTalk will assist Ronghuai Group in standardizing its internally developed products and promoting them to the market, enabling one-stop management of teachers and students throughout the "recruitment, employment, transfer, and departure" lifecycle.
