In recent years, as the hotel industry continues to recover, consumers have become increasingly focused on service quality, guest experience, and hygiene. Hotels need to improve store management efficiency and service levels while keeping cost control in mind. To actively respond to rapidly changing consumer trends, Dongcheng Group partnered with DingTalk as early as 2019 to build a 1.0 version of a hotel management and collaboration platform, enabling online scenarios for daily work coordination, meeting communication, and knowledge sharing. In the face of increasingly fierce hotel business challenges, Dongcheng Group and DingTalk spent eight months in close co-creation and exploration, ultimately launching the "Dongcheng Digital Management Platform" project.

In this collaboration, Dongcheng Group will further integrate DingTalk's capabilities in organizational transformation, Agoal goal management, AI-powered services, project management, and human resources. Among these, DingTalk and Dongcheng Group jointly developed the innovative AI product "Miao Ling," a personalized virtual assistant tailored for every "Dongcheng person," which has been widely embraced by employees.
