February 5, the "Hangzhou Property Management Association 2025 Members' Conference & Property Industry DingTalk Summit" was held at Alibaba's Xixi Campus. Zhang Zhenhua, Deputy Director of the Hangzhou Housing Security and Real Estate Administration, relevant officials from the city’s property management association, and representatives from more than 400 property service companies across the city attended to discuss the future direction of the industry.
Zhang Zhenhua: Focus on Service Quality, Community Safety, and Collaborative Governance to Drive High-Quality Transformation
In his speech, Zhang Zhenhua, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Hangzhou Housing Security and Real Estate Administration, pointed out that as the industry approaches the start of the 15th Five-Year Plan period (2026), it must prioritize three key tasks. First, adhere to a people-centered approach by launching quality-improvement initiatives and special rectification campaigns to comprehensively enhance property service standards. Second, strengthen community safety resilience by focusing on fire safety facilities, equipment maintenance, electric bicycle charging and parking, and elevator operation safety. Third, deepen collaborative governance mechanisms by encouraging project managers to proactively report to towns, streets, and communities, thereby integrating more deeply into the grassroots governance system and effectively resolving conflicts and disputes in the property sector.
DingTalk Becomes the Preferred Platform for Property Management Digitalization; Over Half of Listed Property Companies Have Adopted It
Data shows that DingTalk has become a core tool for digital transformation in the property management industry. Among the 64 listed property companies, 33 have already adopted DingTalk, representing more than 50%. Among the top ten leading companies in the industry, five are also using the platform, including representative firms such as Greentown Services, Country Garden Services, and Evergrande Property Services.
Yang Meng, Commercial President of DingTalk, stated that for the first time, the term "property management" was explicitly mentioned in the 15th Five-Year Plan, which calls for establishing a service mechanism where quality matches price. This marks an acceleration in the reshaping of the industry's underlying logic, signaling that property development has entered a critical stage of high-quality transformation.
AI Solutions Launched by DingTalk Aim to Achieve Three Core Goals: "Owner Satisfaction, Professional Property Managers, and Effective Management Implementation"
Xiao Xinhe, Director of the Real Estate and Property Industry at DingTalk, outlined DingTalk's practical path in AI applications around three core visions: "owner satisfaction, professional property managers, and effective management implementation."
For owner services, DingTalk's AI butler can respond to common inquiries around the clock and help generate professional, well-crafted response suggestions. In the repair request process, the system supports quick work order creation via text chat, photos, or voice input, and automatically assigns tasks to relevant departments, ensuring full transparency and traceability throughout the service process.
To enhance the capabilities of property management staff, DingTalk has launched an "AI tutor" feature. For example, at Evergrande Property Services, new property managers need only engage in seven conversations with the AI on average to master key skills such as fee collection, with training satisfaction exceeding 90%. The AI can also assist in customer segmentation analysis, precisely identify individuals requiring fee collection, and provide appropriate communication strategy recommendations.
At the management execution level, DingTalk embeds service standards into operational workflows, using AI to automatically conduct service quality inspections and detect violations such as filling out satisfaction surveys on behalf of others. At the same time, it deeply mines interaction data to understand changes in owner opinions and needs, supporting data-driven decision-making. In addition, AI helps develop value-added services and control costs—for instance, by identifying potential business opportunities and using "digital employees" to handle repetitive tasks, significantly boosting efficiency.
Take Country Garden Services as an example: The team built an AI patrol management tool using DingTalk's AI forms in just two days, completing the entire closed loop from requirement formulation to system deployment. Patrol personnel only need to take photos of the site and briefly describe the issue, and the system can automatically categorize the problem (such as "four protections and one service"), supplement the description, and assign responsibility, greatly improving accuracy and response efficiency.
Under the dual drivers of policy guidance and technological advancement, the intelligent upgrade of the property management industry has entered a phase of deepened implementation. As the common choice of more than half of the leading companies, DingTalk will continue to improve its digital infrastructure, expand diversified scenario-based solutions, and work hand-in-hand with property companies to address challenges and jointly move toward a smart, new future.
