The summit featured a special roundtable forum on "AI + Manufacturing," inviting representatives from Suzhou's AI "Ten Tigers"—including iFLYTEK, MagaTech, Wisdom Bud, and Tongyuan SoftControl—along with industry experts, to discuss how AI technology can be industrialized and drive value-chain upgrades through synergy.

Since 2025, the company has fully integrated into the DingTalk ecosystem, using AI meeting assistants, intelligent approvals, and voice recording tools to improve operational efficiency, and plans to further deepen the application of AI in R&D. As the first company in Suzhou to collaborate with DingTalk to introduce an AI all-in-one machine, Jieshis has successfully implemented an assembly AI assistant, significantly reducing part selection time, effectively lowering assembly error rates, and cutting new employee training time from 14 days to 5 days. The company has also simultaneously launched a "100 AI Engineers" training program, investing millions of yuan to encourage all employees to participate in the AI transformation.

He noted that consumer-facing AI often lacks organizational context, while DingTalk inherently possesses a data advantage in collaborative scenarios. Peter Saxon, a member of the German National Academy of Science and Engineering, delivered a keynote speech, analyzing the global landscape of cooperation and competition in "AI + Manufacturing" from an international perspective. He delved into the underlying logic of smart manufacturing and looked ahead to the paradigm shifts and technological revolutions that may emerge over the next decade.

At the event, the DingTalk (Suzhou) AI Application Service Center officially signed an agreement to move into the Suzhou High-Tech Zone. The center will assemble a local professional team, initially planning to hire 100 people, and will support industrial upgrading across four dimensions: providing AI training, jointly developing solutions with enterprises, establishing benchmark cases for the industry, and building computing power models and ecosystem exchange platforms to comprehensively support the development of "AI + Manufacturing" and the growth of OPC entrepreneurs.
According to Lu Xiaoman, General Manager of the DingTalk Service Center, the center will focus on four main areas in the future:
First, promoting AI application training to provide low-threshold, high-efficiency skill support for Suzhou's thriving OPC entrepreneurs, helping to realize the vision of "an AI assistant for everyone";
Second, collaborating with local enterprises to co-create solutions, deeply responding to the upgrading needs of "AI + Manufacturing" and helping small and medium-sized enterprises transition toward intelligent transformation;
Third, jointly building benchmark demonstration projects for "AI + Industry" to create replicable and scalable success models, accelerating the overall pace of industrial intelligence;
