Recently, Xuchuan Chemical (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xuchuan Chemical”) and DingTalk (China) Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “DingTalk”) held a project management kickoff meeting for R&D at Xuchuan Chemical’s headquarters, jointly embarking on a new journey of AI-driven digital R&D. Jiang Ping, Chairman of Xuchuan Chemical; Shi Jiangfeng, General Manager of DingTalk’s Suzhou Region; and representatives from both teams attended the meeting.
First, Zhang Dahua, R&D Director of Xuchuan Chemical, provided an in-depth analysis of the company’s current R&D data system and existing risks, emphasizing the importance of data integration. Based on this, he set clear goals for building a data governance system, aiming to enhance efficient collaboration among teams through process-oriented management and improved data transparency, thereby improving current process execution efficiency while ensuring effective risk management.
Shi Jiangfeng introduced DingTalk’s brand positioning and its scope of applications and services in the chemical new materials industry, noting that DingTalk’s strengths in enterprise collaboration and efficiency enhancement align closely with Xuchuan Chemical’s needs. Sun Yao, TB Customer Success Manager and project representative, presented the overall project delivery and implementation plan, emphasizing the project’s go-live timeline while ensuring subsequent steps, including follow-up research, training, promotion, and continuous optimization.
Finally, Jiang Ping emphasized that the company must rely on technological innovation to drive sustainable development. He highlighted the necessity of digital transformation and outlined the following expectations and requirements for the company’s digital initiatives: First, carefully manage key milestones in project advancement, including the basis for project initiation, timeliness during implementation, quality of completion, and final system standardization. Second, underscore the importance of in-depth R&D and the need for online collaboration among R&D personnel to improve R&D and operational efficiency, encouraging cross-departmental cooperation. Third, foster a company-wide mindset toward digital transformation, with all departments actively collaborating to advance the company’s digital shift.
